Your Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies specifically tailored to the industrial B2B sector. Your tasks will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market penetration in the industrial heat pump sector.
- Planning and managing targeted marketing campaigns (online and offline) for industrial B2B customers.
- Creating and optimizing content for various communication channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and trade publications.
- Organizing and participating in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to showcase our innovative technology.
- Conducting market analyses and monitoring competitors to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
Your Profile
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B sector with a focus on the industrial market.
- Expertise in content marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
- A technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex technologies in a simple and target-oriented way.
- Experience in organizing trade fairs and events is an advantage.
- Creativity combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
